Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to choose carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking information will be available within 24 hours. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the courier.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order, please contact us at hello@questbeaute.com as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover any associated shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo of the item and email us at hello@questbeaute.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will inspect the item and provide a replacement if necessary. We’ll also cover any postage costs for returning defective items.
