Refunds & Returns
At Quest Beaute, we take pride in our high-quality beauty and cosmetics products, and we hope you are delighted with your order.
Given the delicate nature of our products, each item is carefully checked before being packed and shipped to our customers. However, from time to time, items may be damaged during transit or errors may occur in your order (we are human!). All returns must be communicated via email to hello@questbeaute.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will reply with full return instructions.
Damaged in Transit / Defective Product In rare cases, goods may arrive damaged in transit. If your order arrives and the internal goods are damaged, please take a photo and email hello@questbeaute.com. In the unfortunate case of a defective product, we will inspect the item, replace it with a brand new one, and cover any postage costs.
If your order arrives with only the external packaging damaged but the goods inside are undamaged, we will not issue an exchange or refund.
Incorrect Item Sent If you receive your order and the items do not match what you ordered, contact our team at hello@questbeaute.com so we can rectify this for you.
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Once your order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods.
All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with refunds and store credits offered at the discretion of Quest Beaute.
For any returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Inside your package, please include your name and order number.
Any issues with your order must be communicated to us within 14 days of delivery via email to hello@questbeaute.com.
