Shipping Policy

Our unique beauty products are shipped worldwide to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we may be unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you directly via email. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

International Orders - We Ship Worldwide! We offer free tracked shipping for orders over $250 USD. For orders below $250 USD, a shipping fee and delivery time will be calculated and added to your basket at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the final weight of the package and your country location. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We work with trusted shipping suppliers such as DHL, UPS, etc., and will find the best shipping rate for you at the time.

  • Estimated processing time: up to 2-5 business days – please contact us directly if your order is urgent
  • Estimated shipping time: 7-15 business days (varies by country)

Once your package is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note, once orders are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If you haven’t received your parcel for a long time, please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code or our team at hello@questbeaute.com for assistance.

Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We don't have any additional insights or ways to track your package besides the same tracking info provided to you.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment” It’s not uncommon for no tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respective carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. If your order was placed more than a week ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
